The Glashuette-Osterzgebirge-Dresden region is Saxony’s traditional fine and precision mechanics stronghold.

We know that the market success of IMPRO companies in the international competition relies significantly on the specialist skills and commitment of our employees. In 2005, IMPRO companies founded the “Precision Mechanics Specialist Network Osterzgebirge” with the aim to secure this skill base and to develop it continuously with its partners.

Aim and focus of the Precision Mechanics Specialist Network's commitment are:
Supporting practise orientation in school education of secondary schools in the region,
Presentation of regional training, employment and career possibilities,
Support and development of on-the-job training in kmU,
Supporting active partners and peers e.g. schools/teachers, parents, authorities,
Provision of information and material for career choice and entry from the practice.
Increasing learning motivation and improving of exam results of pupils.

With the Precision Mechanics Specialist Network we accept responsibility for young people about to enter into the professional world and offer them career options and jobs which are interesting today and in the future.
